Ms. Magennis previously served as Executive Vice President of the Registrant, and President of ConnectOne Bank, it’s wholly owned subsidiary (the “Bank”). Ms. Magennis will continue to serve as President of the Bank and as a member of the Board of each of the Registrant and the Bank.
