Properties.\n\nWe operate from our main office in Grand Island, Nebraska, eight branch offices located in Grand Island, Hastings, Holdrege, Lexington, Lincoln and Superior, Nebraska, and a drive-up facility in Grand Island, Nebraska. At March 31, 2026, the net book value of our properties (including furniture, fixtures and equipment) was $12.8 million. We own seven of our properties and lease the remaining property. Our properties range in size from 1,150 square feet to 12,197 square feet. We believe that our current facilities are adequate to meet our present and foreseeable needs."}
