The Company has requested that the NYSE file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) to report that the Company Class A Common Stock was no longer listed on the NYSE and deregister the Company Class A Common Stock under Section 12(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”).
