Ltd.\n(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that (i) the Company received a Limited Notice to Proceed from the Board\nof Water Supply of the City and County of Honolulu, Hawaii authorizing the procurement of approximately $6 million of long-lead equipment\nfor the Kalaeloa seawater reverse osmosis desalination facility, and (ii) the Company received purchase orders totaling approximately\n$10.1 million from a municipality on Florida’s east coast for nanofiltration membrane water treatment equipment and horizontal cartridge\nfilters.
