Our primary research and development facility is located in Linz, Austria and consists of approximately 93,000 square feet of space, with a 157,000 square foot expansion planned for occupancy later in 2026, under a lease that expires in 2036. We also lease other facilities in the United States and internationally, the largest of which in the United States are in Denver, Colorado and Detroit, Michigan, and the largest of which internationally are in Vienna, Austria and Gdansk, Poland. We believe that our facilities are adequate to meet our needs for the immediate future and that we will be able to secure additional space to accommodate expansion of our operations."}
