As a result, Emerald Common Stock is no longer listed on the NYSE. Trading of Emerald Common Stock on the NYSE was suspended prior to the opening of trading on July 14, 2026. In addition, Emerald intends to file with the SEC a certification and notice of termination on Form 15 requesting the termination of registration of Emerald Common Stock under Section 12(g) of the Exchange Act and the suspension of reporting obligations under Sections 13 and 15(d) of the Exchange Act."}
