THE OFFER AND LISTING**\n\n**A.\nOffering and Listing Details**\n\nOur\ncommon shares are quoted on the Pink Open Market under the symbol “EHVVF.” Our common shares were quoted on the OTCQB Venture\nMarket under the symbol “EHVVF” from November 21, 2016, until they were removed to the Pink Open Market on April 30, 2019,\nbecause we were unable to cure our bid price deficiency. Prior to being quoted on the OTCQB Venture Market, there was no established\nmarket for our common shares. Our common shares trade and have traded on a limited or sporadic basis and should not be deemed to constitute\nan established public trading market. Broker-dealers often decline to trade in over-the-counter stocks that are quoted on the Pink Open\nMarket given the market for such securities are often limited, the stocks are more volatile, and the risk to investors is greater. These\nfactors may reduce the potential market for our common shares by reducing the number of potential investors. This may make it more difficult\nfor investors in our common shares to sell shares to third parties or to otherwise dispose of their shares. This could cause our share\nprice to decline, and there is no assurance that there will be liquidity in our common shares.\n\nIn\naddition, The Securities Enforcement and Penny Stock Reform Act of 1990 requires additional disclosure relating to the market for penny\nstocks in connection with trades in any stock defined as a penny stock. The SEC has adopted regulations that generally define a penny\nstock to be any equity security that has a market price of less than $5.00 per share, subject to a few exceptions which we do not meet.\nUnless an exception is available, the regulations require the delivery, prior to any transaction involving a penny stock, of a disclosure\nschedule explaining the penny stock market and the risks associated therewith.\n\n36\n\n**B.\nPlan of Distribution**\n\nNot\napplicable\n\n**C.\nMarkets**\n\nOur\ncommon shares are quoted on the Pink Open Market under the symbol “EHVVF”.\n\n**D.\nSelling Shareholders**\n\nNot\napplicable\n\n**E.\nDilution**\n\nNot\napplicable\n\n**F.\nExpenses of the Issue**\n\nNot\napplicable"}
