(“Enova” or the “Company”) was held on May 13, 2026. There were 24,945,366 shares of the Company’s common stock outstanding and entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting, of which 22,823,203 shares were present in person or by proxy. The stockholders elected Ellen Carnahan, Lindsay Y. Corby, Steven Cunningham, Daniel R. Feehan, David Fisher, William M. Goodyear, James A. Gray, Gregg A. Kaplan, Mark P. McGowan, Linda Johnson Rice and Mark A.
