Other Information.\n\n#  \n\nOn June 2, 2026, Falcon’s Attractions, LLC (“Falcon’s Attractions”), a subsidiary of Falcon’s Beyond Global, Inc. (the “Company”), entered into a Master Consulting Services Agreement (the “VAI Services Agreement”) with VAI Amusement Park, LLC. Pursuant to the VAI Services Agreement, Falcon’s Attractions and its affiliates will provide certain master plan design consulting services and related consulting services as the lead design consultant for the design of a theme park to be constructed in the State of Arizona. The VAI Services Agreement is valued at approximately $10,600,000.
