The following persons, in their respective capacities as directors or executive officers of the Sponsor, a Delaware limited liability company, perform certain functions with respect to the Trust that, if the Trust had directors or executive officers, would typically be performed by them.\n\n \n\nDavid Mann – President and Chief Executive Officer\n\n \n\nChristopher Kings – Chief Financial Officer\n\n \n\nChristopher Berarducci – Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer\n\n \n\nTodd Mathias – Vice President\n\n \n\nJulie Patel – Vice President and Secretary\n\n \n\nNavid Tofigh – Vice President and Assistant Secretary\n\n \n\nLindsey Hicks – Assistant Treasurer\n\n \n\nAjay Narayan – Assistant Treasurer\n\n \n\nJeff White – Assistant Treasurer\n\n \n\nThe Trust does not have a\ncode of ethics or insider trading policy governing the purchase, sale and other\ndisposition of the Trust's and/or the Fund's investments as it does not have\nany directors, officers, or employees.\n\n \n\nThe Sponsor has a code of ethics (the “Code of Ethics”) that applies to its executive officers, including its Principal Executive Officer, Principal Financial Officer and Treasurer, who perform certain functions with respect to the Trust that, if the Trust had executive officers, would typically be performed by them. The Code of Ethics is available at https://www.franklinresources.com/governance/corporate-governance-documents. The Sponsor’s Code of Ethics is intended to be a codification of the business and ethical principles that guide the Sponsor, and to deter wrongdoing, to promote (1) honest and ethical conduct (including the ethical handling of actual or apparent conflicts of interest), (2) full, fair, accurate, timely and understandable disclosure in public reports, documents and communications, (3) compliance with applicable laws and governmental rules and regulations, (4) the prompt internal reporting of violations of the Code of Ethics and (5) accountability for adherence to the Code of Ethics."}
