(“FREIT” or the “Trust”) declared a third quarter dividend\nof $0.10 per share on the Common Stock of the Trust to holders of record of said shares at the close of business on August 31, 2026. The\npayment date for the dividend is September 14, 2026. The Board of Directors will continue to evaluate the dividend on a quarterly basis\nand there can be no assurance that dividends will be declared for any future period.
