Our common stock also trades on the KASE under the symbol \"US_FRHC\" and on the AIX under the symbol \"FRHC\".\n\nDuring the first quarter of fiscal 2026, FRHC's common stock was included in the Russell 3000® Index.\n\nHolders\n\nAs of March 31, 2026, we had approximately 529 shareholders of record. The number of record holders was determined from the records of our stock transfer agent and does not include beneficial owners of common stock whose shares are held in street name (i.e., in the names of various securities brokers, dealers, and registered clearing houses or agencies or similar institutions).\n\nDividends\n\nHistorically, we have not declared or paid a cash dividend on our common stock. Any payment of cash dividends on stock in the future will be at the discretion of our board of directors and will depend upon our results of operations, earnings, capital requirements, financial condition, future prospects, contractual and legal restrictions and other factors deemed relevant by our board of directors.
