Based on that evaluation, our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer have concluded that,\n\nas of May 31, 2026, our disclosure controls and procedures were effective to ensure that information required to be disclosed by us in\n\nreports that we file or submit under the 1934 Act is (1) recorded, processed, summarized, and reported within the time periods\n\nspecified in applicable rules and forms, and (2) accumulated and communicated to our management, including our Chief Executive\n\nOfficer and Chief Financial Officer, in a manner that allows timely decisions regarding required disclosure.\n\nThere were no changes in our internal control over financial reporting (as defined in Rule 13a-15(f) under the 1934 Act) during our\n\nfiscal quarter ended May 31, 2026, that have materially affected, or are reasonably likely to materially affect, our internal control over\n\nfinancial reporting.\n\nMANAGEMENT’S REPORT ON INTERNAL CONTROL OVER FINANCIAL REPORTING\n\nThe management of General Mills, Inc. is responsible for establishing and maintaining adequate internal control over financial\n\nreporting, as such term is defined in Rule 13a-15(f) under the 1934 Act. The Company’s internal control system was designed to\n\nprovide reasonable assurance to our management and the Board of Directors regarding the preparation and fair presentation of\n\npublished financial statements. Under the supervision and with the participation of management, including our Chief Executive\n\nOfficer and Chief Financial Officer, we conducted an assessment of the effectiveness of our internal control over financial reporting as\n\n92\n\nof May 31, 2026. In making this assessment, management used the criteria set forth by the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of\n\nthe Treadway Commission (COSO) in Internal Control – Integrated Framework (2013).\n\nBased on our assessment using the criteria set forth by COSO in Internal Control – Integrated Framework (2013), management\n\nconcluded that our internal control over financial reporting was effective as of May 31, 2026.\n\nKPMG LLP, our independent registered public accounting firm, has issued a report on the effectiveness of the Company’s internal\n\ncontrol over financial reporting.\n\n/s/ J.
