Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders**\n\n \n\nOn July 16, 2026,\nGreenland Mines Ltd. (the “Company”) convened a special meeting of stockholders (the “Special Meeting”). At\nthe Special Meeting, the Company’s stockholders voted on Proposal 3, the proposal to approve the adjournment of the Special\nMeeting to a later date or dates, if necessary or appropriate (the “Adjournment Proposal”). Approval of the Adjournment\nProposal required the affirmative vote of the majority of the voting power of the outstanding shares of the Company’s common\nstock present in person or represented by proxy at the Special Meeting. On May 18, 2026, the record date for stockholders entitled\nto notice of, and to vote at, the Special Meeting, there were 121,238,660\nshares of the Company’s common stock issued and outstanding.\n\n \n\nThe voting results with respect to the Adjournment\nProposal were as follows:\n\n \n\nFor\n \nAgainst\n \nAbstain\n \nBroker Non-Votes\n\n41,538,066\n \n765,222\n \n  655,905\n \n0\n\n \n\nThe Adjournment Proposal was approved. Following\napproval of the Adjournment Proposal, the Special Meeting was adjourned until August 7, 2026 at 1:00 PM, Eastern Time.\n\n \n\nNo vote was taken at the Special Meeting with respect\nto Proposal 1 or Proposal 2. The Company intends to reconvene the Special Meeting on August 7, 2026 to consider and vote upon those proposals."}
