We occupy approximately 25,250 square feet in a facility located in Hsin Chu, Taiwan under a lease expiring in August 2026. This facility supports our outsourced manufacturing activities. We believe that our Sunnyvale and Taiwan facilities are adequate for our needs for the foreseeable future. Our Taiwan lease is scheduled to expire in August 2026, and we are currently evaluating our options with respect to such facility. We also lease space in the United States in the states of Georgia and Texas and in Israel. The aggregate annual gross rent for our leased facilities was approximately $2.2 million in fiscal 2026."}
