Because many of such shares are held by brokers and other institutions on behalf of stockholders, we are unable to estimate the total number of beneficial holders of our common stock represented by these record holders.\n\nWe have never declared or paid cash dividends on our common stock, and we do not anticipate declaring or paying any cash dividends in the foreseeable future.\n\n**Issuer Purchases of Equity Securities**\n\nOur Board of Directors has authorized us to repurchase, at management’s discretion, shares of our common stock.
