On June 11, 2026, the Company's Board of Directors formally accepted the surrender and authorized the instruction of the\nCompany's transfer agent to cancel and retire the shares on the official books of the corporation.\n\nUpon completion of the cancellation, these 3,000,000\nshares reverted to the status of authorized but unissued shares. Consequently, the Company’s total issued and outstanding shares\nof Common Stock decreased from 6,134,780 to 3,134,780.
