As such,\nthe Company’s information technology environment consists primarily of standard, commercially available systems and cloud-based\napplications used for accounting, communication, and general business operations.\n\n \n\nThe\nCompany has implemented basic cybersecurity measures designed to protect its information systems and data, including:\n\n \n\n \n1.\nuse\nof third-party hosted platforms with embedded security features\n\n \n2.\npassword\nprotection and access controls\n\n \n3.\nperiodic\nmonitoring of system access and activity\n\n \n4.\nreliance\non reputable service providers for financial systems and data storage\n\n \n\nThe\nCompany does not currently maintain a formal, enterprise-wide cybersecurity risk management program; however, management periodically\nassesses risks related to cybersecurity and implements measures it believes are appropriate given the Company’s size, operations,\nand risk profile.\n\n \n\nTo\ndate, the Company has not experienced any material cybersecurity incidents that have materially affected, or are reasonably likely to\nmaterially affect, its business strategy, results of operations, or financial condition."}
