(“Holdings”), as borrowers (collectively, the “Borrowers”), and Hudson Technologies,\nInc. (the “Company”) as a guarantor, entered into a Fifth Amendment to Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated May 19,\n2026 (the “Fifth Amendment”) with Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as administrative agent and lender (“Agent”\nor “Wells Fargo”) and such other lenders as have or may thereafter become a party to the Wells Fargo Facility (the “Lenders”).\n\n \n\nThe Fifth Amendment increases the letter of credit\nsublimit under the credit facility from $1.5 million to $2.5 million.
