(the “Company”) primary refrigerant reclamation facility located in Champaign, Illinois (the “Mattis Facility”)\nwas damaged by strong storms and tornadoes that impacted the local area. This weather event did not impact the Company’s other two\nfacilities in the same area. The Company is not aware of any reported loss of life or injuries.\n\n \n\nThe extent of the damages are still being evaluated, but initial reports\nindicate that the Mattis Facility has sustained extensive roof, structural and water damage. The Company’s emergency response team\nprotocol has been activated, and employees have secured the site with local authorities and turned off the power and gas.
