We previously traded on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol HLIO since June 17, 2019 and prior to that under the symbol SNHY since our initial public offering on January 9, 1997.\n\nHolders\n\nThere were 91 shareholders of record of Common Stock on February 20, 2026. The number of record holders was determined from the records of our transfer agent and does not include beneficial owners of Common Stock whose shares are held in the names of securities brokers, dealers and registered clearing agencies.\n\nDividends\n\nWe have historically paid regular quarterly dividends of $0.09 per share. Our Board of Directors currently intends to continue to pay a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share during 2026.
