QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE DISCLOSURES ABOUT MARKET RISK**\n\n \n\n**Foreign\nExchange Risk**\n\n \n\n**Foreign\nCurrency Exchange Rates**\n\n \n\nCurrently,\nour revenues from Israeli customers are collected in NIS. Some of our expenses are paid in NIS and some are paid in USD. We face foreign\ncurrency rate translation risks when our results are translated to U.S. dollars.\n\n \n\nThe\nNIS was relatively stable against the U.S. dollar at approximately NIS 3.03 as of April 12, 2026 to the US$1.00. There can be no assurance\nthat such exchange rate will continue to remain stable in the future amongst the volatility of currencies, globalization and the unstable\neconomies in recent years. Since our revenues and net income are denominated in NIS, any decrease in the value of NIS against U.S. dollars\nwould adversely affect our revenues.\n\n \n\n**Interest\nRate Risk**\n\n \n\nWe\nare not currently exposed to interest rate risk. We do not own any interest-bearing instruments and our interest-bearing debt carries\na fixed rate.\n\n \n\n**Market\nPrice Risk**\n\n \n\nWe\nare not currently exposed to commodity price risk or market price risk."}
