The Distribution will be effective as of 12:01 a.m. (New York City time) on June 29, 2026 (the “Distribution Date”). On the Distribution Date, holders of Company common stock will receive one share of Honeywell Aerospace common stock for every two shares of Company common stock they held as of the close of business on the Record Date.
