(the \"Company\"), as successor to Quantum Capital Corp. (\"Quantum\"), and (ii) institutional trustee of Quantum Capital Statutory Trust II (the “Trust”), a statutory trust formed by Quantum, notified holders that the Company will redeem the Debt Securities in whole on June 15, 2026 (the “Redemption Date”), and that, consequently, all outstanding Capital Securities ($11,000,000 aggregate liquidation amount) and Common Securities ($341,000 aggregate liquidation amount) of the Trust, which is the sole holder of the Debt Securities, will be concurrently redeemed by the Trust using the proceeds from the Company's redemption of the Debt Securities.
