The TRS was completed by Ausenco Engineering USA South Inc., Independent Mining Consultants, Inc. and WestLand Engineering &\nEnvironmental Services, Inc., each a “Qualified Person” as such term is defined in subpart 1300 of Regulation S-K. A copy\nof the TRS is attached hereto as Exhibit 96.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference."}
