In connection with the Name Change, the\nCompany’s common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Common Stock”), will cease trading under the ticker symbol\n“IAC” and will begin trading under the ticker symbol “PPLI” on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (Nasdaq Global Select\nMarket), effective June 4, 2026. The CUSIP number for the Common Stock will remain 44891N 208.\n\n \n\nThe Company also amended its\nAmended and Restated By-laws (the “Amended and Restated By-laws”) to reflect the Name Change.
