Insider trading policies\n\n \n\nIn May 2015, SEBI introduced the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (“PIT Regulations”) replacing the earlier framework of the SEBI (Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. It was introduced with an aim of bringing the basic framework governing the regime of insider trading practices in line with the dynamic global scenario and tightening the gaps of the existing norms.\n\n \n\nWe have adopted insider trading policies and procedures to regulate, monitor and report trading by all Insiders (as defined in the Insider Trading Policy) including the Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons as defined in the Code to promote compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time) and the applicable US securities laws.\n\nOn April 23, 2026, our board adopted the revised Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading which is filed as exhibit to the Annual Report on Form 20-F."}
