The Company believes the claims are without merit and intends to vigorously defend the matter.\n\n \n\nIn April 2026, AEM Days Ltd. commenced a lawsuit, captioned AEM Days Ltd. v. Alot, Inc., No. 60CV-26-3363 (Ark. Cir. filed Apr. 2026), in the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, naming Alot, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Inuvo, Inc., as defendant. The complaint asserts claims related to a services agreement and seeks approximately $766,000 in unpaid invoices.
