(the “Company”) published a Letter\nto Shareholders disclosing, among other things, that the Company has entered into a Binding Memorandum of Understanding to acquire a 51%\ncontrolling interest in ULTRANET Telecom Group. The Letter to Shareholders also outlines the expected financial and strategic impacts\nof the proposed transaction and the Company’s digital services strategy.\n\n \n\nA copy of the press release announcing the publication of the Letter to\nShareholders is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
