Before that, our stock was not traded on any stock exchange.\nAs of June 18, 2026, there were 12,939,418 shares of common stock issued and 12,699,940 outstanding held by approximately 32 stockholders\nof record.\n\n \n\nSince November 2018, the Board of Directors of\nJerash Holdings has declared a quarterly cash dividend payable to holders of its common stock.
