Durant notified Jackson Financial Inc.\n(the “Company”) that he was resigning from the Company’s Board of Directors for health reasons, effective immediately.\nAt the time of his resignation, Mr. Durant was chair, and a member, of the Board’s Audit Committee and a member of the Board’s\nCompensation Committee.
