On September 17, 2024, the Company closed on the IPO of 1,550,000 shares of common stock at a price\nof $4.00 per share. The Company received gross proceeds of $6.2 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and\noffering expenses. Net proceeds for the offering were approximately $5.5 million.\n\n \n\nThere\nhas been no material change in the use of proceeds from our IPO as described in our final prospectus filed with the SEC on September\n17, 2024. To date, the Company has used all of the net proceeds from the IPO.\n\n \n\nThere were no unregistered sales of equity securities\nmade by the Company during the quarter ended March 31, 2026."}
