The lease term will expire on April 30, 2029, and we may extend the term of the lease for up to an additional period of five years.\n\n•\n10210 Points Dr NE, Kirkland, WA: 18,500 square feet of general and administrative office space. The lease term will expire on April 30, 2029, and we may extend the term of the lease for up to an additional period of five years.\n\n•\n221 E Southlake Blvd, Southlake, TX: 350 square feet of general and administrative office space. The lease term will expire on May 31, 2027, and we may extend the term of the lease or move to a different leased premise.\n\n•\n28 Fitzwilliam Place, Dublin 2, Ireland: 300 square feet of general and administrative office space. The lease will expire on July 31, 2026, and we may extend the term of the lease or move to a different leased premise.\n\nWe intend to add new facilities as we expand, and we believe that suitable additional or substitute space will be available as needed to accommodate any such expansion of our operations."}
