Based upon that evaluation, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Accounting and Administrative Officer concluded that the design and operation of the Company’s disclosure controls and procedures were effective as of March 31, 2026.\n\nThe Company’s disclosure controls and procedures are designed to provide reasonable assurance that information required to be disclosed in the reports that the Company files or submits under the Exchange Act is recorded, processed, summarized and reported within the time period specified in the applicable rules and forms of the SEC.
