(the “Company”), was held on June 10, 2026 and involved the election of directors of the Company and two other matters voted upon by the Company’s shareholders. The matters voted upon at the Annual Meeting are described in detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement for the Annual Meeting (the “Proxy Statement”), which was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 29, 2026, and is incorporated herein by reference.
