(the \"Company\") issued a press release (the \"Press Release\") announcing that its Board of Directors has declared an irregular dividend of $1.00 per share of the Company’s common stock. The irregular dividend is payable on or about August 12, 2026 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 27, 2026.\n\n​\n\nThis is an irregular dividend.
