(the “Company”) was held on June 17, 2026. There\nwere 15,281,888 shares of common stock outstanding and entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting and 13,982,124 shares of common stock were\nrepresented in person or by proxy at the Annual Meeting, constituting a quorum.
