We are also subject to other legal proceedings in the ordinary course of business. There are currently no matters that, in the opinion of management, would have a material adverse effect on our consolidated financial position, results of operations or liquidity, or for which there would be a reasonable possibility of such a loss based on information known at this time. However, in the event of unexpected future developments, it is reasonably possible that an adverse outcome in any matter could be material to our business, consolidated financial position, results of operations or cash flows for any particular reporting period of occurrence.
