Taylor*\n\n \n\nOn\nSeptember 2, 2024, the Company entered into an Employment Agreement with Mr. Taylor. Mr. Taylor resigned from the company on June 25,\n2025.\n\n \n\n*Jonathan\nM. Pfohl*\n\n \n\nOn\nJune 1, 2025, the Company entered into an Employment Agreement (the “Pfohl Employment Agreement”) with Mr. Pfohl.
