CONTROLS AND PROCEDURES\n\nAs of the end of the period covered by this Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, MSC Income carried out an evaluation, under the supervision and with the participation of its management, including the Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel and Chief Accounting Officer, of the effectiveness of the design and operation of disclosure controls and procedures (as defined in Rule 13a-15 of the Exchange Act). Based on that evaluation, MSC Income’s Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel and Chief Accounting Officer have concluded that the current disclosure controls and procedures are effective in timely alerting them of material information relating to MSC Income that is required to be disclosed in the reports the Fund files or submits under the Exchange Act. There have been no changes in MSC Income’s internal control over financial reporting that occurred during the quarter ended March 31, 2026 that have materially affected, or are reasonably likely to materially affect, the Fund’s internal control over financial reporting.\n\n116\n\n[Table of contents](#i67b2a34b0c294631ad7f17e74adf23d3_7)\n\nPART II—OTHER INFORMATION"}
