Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing**\n\nAs previously disclosed on a Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 20, 2026, on March 16, 2026, MaxCyte, Inc.
