We were billed by CBIZ CPAs P.C. and Marcum LLP the aggregate amount of approximately $327,000 and $70,000****for fiscal 2025****for fees for professional services rendered for the audit of our annual financial statements and the effectiveness of our internal control over financial reporting, as well as the review of our financial statements included in our Form 10-Q.\n\n \n\n**Audit-Related Fees**\n\n \n\nCBIZ CPAs P.C. or Marcum LLP did not render any audit-related services for fiscal 2026 and 2025, respectively and, accordingly, did not bill for any such services.\n\n \n\n54\n\n \n\n \n\n**Tax Fees**\n\n \n\nCBIZ CPAs P.C. or Marcum LLP did not render any tax compliance, tax advice or tax planning services for fiscal 2026 and 2025, respectively and, accordingly, did not bill for any such services.****\n\n \n\n**All Other Fees**\n\n \n\nCBIZ CPAs P.C. or Marcum LLP did not render any other services for fiscal 2026 and 2025, respectively and, accordingly, did not bill for any such services.\n\n \n\n**Pre-Approval Policies**\n\n \n\nOur Audit Committee has not adopted any pre-approval policies.
