(the \"Company\") held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s stockholders approved the amendment and restatement of each of the Company's 2019 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Plan”) and the Company's Amended and Restated 2019 Employee Stock Purchase Plan (the “ESPP”).
