(the \"Company\") held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the \"2026 Annual Meeting\"). There were 22,239,676 shares outstanding and entitled to vote at the 2026 Annual Meeting; of those shares, 17,493,966 were present online or by proxy.
