LLC, Mizuho Securities USA LLC, TD Securities\n(USA) LLC, U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc., and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, as representatives of the several underwriters named\ntherein.\n\n \n\nThe Debentures were issued\nunder an indenture dated as of September 1, 1988, between NSTAR Electric (formerly Boston Edison Company) and The Bank of New York\nMellon Trust Company, N.A., formerly known as The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. (as successor to The Bank of New York, as successor\nto Bank of Montreal Trust Company), as trustee.
