Prior to this date the primary\nmarket was the main market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE), where our ordinary shares have been listed since July 17, 2018. Prior\nto July 17, 2018 we were listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange since 2014.\n\n \n\nOur\nordinary shares traded on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange under the symbol “OKYO” since July 17, 2018 until\nMay 19, 2023 when we delisted from the London Stock Exchange.\n\n \n\nOur\nAmerican Depositary Shares, or ADSs, were trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbol “OKYO” from May 17, 2022\nuntil May 21, 2023.
