While we intend to pay regular quarterly dividends in the future, payment of future cash dividends will be at the discretion of our Board of Directors and will depend upon our results of operations, earnings, capital requirements, contractual restrictions and other factors deemed relevant by our Board of Directors. As such, we may modify, suspend or cancel our cash dividend policy in any manner and at any time.\n\nPurchases of Equity Securities by the Issuer and Affiliated Purchasers\n\nOn April 29, 2025, our Board of Directors approved a share repurchase program, authorizing us to purchase up to $100.0 million of our common stock. The repurchase authorization was effective immediately and permits shares of our common stock to be repurchased from time to time at management's discretion, through a variety of methods, including a 10b5-1 trading plan, open market purchases, privately negotiated transactions, or transactions otherwise in compliance with Rule 10b-18 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
