Other Events.\n\nAs previously disclosed in the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q filed by BeOne Medicines Ltd. (the “Company”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 6, 2026, the Company is subject to ongoing tax audits that may result in liabilities which could be materially different from current estimates due to the uncertain and complex application of local tax regulations by certain tax authorities outside of the United States.\n\nThe Company recently concluded a statutory tax audit in China. As a result of a settlement with the local tax authority, the Company agreed to certain adjustments to previously filed tax returns, which will result in an income tax payment (including surcharges and related interest) of approximately RMB 446 million. This settlement did not involve any administrative penalty.
