(“PAA”) and Plains GP Holdings, L.P. (“PAGP” or the “Registrant”) announced that effective September\n1, 2026, Russ Montgomery will be promoted to the position of Vice President, Accounting and Chief Accounting Officer of Plains All American\nGP LLC, the general partner of PAA, and PAA GP Holdings LLC, the general partner of PAGP. Chris Herbold, who previously served as Senior\nVice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer of PAA and PAGP, is retiring from the company on August 31, 2026.\n\n \n\nMr. Montgomery, age 50, has served as Vice\nPresident, Controller of PAA since 2019.
