(the “Company”) held its annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, the holders of 286,758,731 shares of the Company’s Class A common stock and 64,690,706 shares of the Company’s Class B common stock were represented in person or by proxy, which represented 93.78% of the voting power of the shares issued and outstanding and entitled to vote, constituting a quorum.\n\nAt the Annual Meeting, Proposals 1, 2, and 3 were approved by the Company’s stockholders, and no other business was properly brought before the Annual Meeting.
